Why am I here and what am I doing? Questions I ask myself every day and interestingly, the answers tend to be different each day. That’s because life is different each day and so are it’s challenges. There isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ solution that we can whip out when we try to tackle these challenges either. 

Same goes for my role here. That’s why the most important thing for me is getting to understand every client and their service or organisation. It’s the only way I can create an authentic narrative and communicate their messages to customers and services users... who I also need to get to know... crickey - that’s a lot of people... I best be off!
